I have written a letter, in response to Senator Atkins’ letter of 10/18/2018, which will be sent tomorrow morning (10/22/2018) by way of the United States Postal Service (Certified Mail) to Senator Atkins’ district office in San Diego.

I am still waiting for an answer from Senator Atkins to my simple yes/no question:

Will you commit to fixing California’s flawed Good Neighbor Fence Act of 2013 — yes? or no?

... So I ask it again, now, via e-mail as well as snail mail ... and will continue asking it until I get an answer....
