I’ve been waiting 9 months (as of September 2017) for Senator Atkins to answer a simple yes/no question:

Will you commit to fixing California’s flawed Good Neighbor Fence Act of 2013 — yes? or no?

... So I ask my question again, now ... and will continue asking it until I get an answer....
