I had been dealing with Michael Lieberman, Senior Field Representative in the Office of Assemblymember Brian Maienschein, 77th District, after I first contacted your office July–Aug. 2015, in order to submit an Open Letter to the authors of California AB-1404.

On 2/10/2016, I e-mailed Michael again, asking him to pass on the following URL
